This blog is centered in Public Law in Spain, that is, administrative law, judicial review (administrative litigation), expropriation and urban planning, public procurement, energy, water and infrastructure.
The blog entries have generally been written by Francisco García Gómez de Mercado, former Spanish Government Counsel, Lawyer and President of the Energy Section of the Madrid Law Association. He is a Partner in the Public Law departament within AUREN.
However, sometimes the entries contain publications or comments by other lawyers, in which case the author is mentioned.
